The thick walled Italian glass of the dome protects anything inside and looks lovely atop the deep wooden cheese board.
Care: Hand wash always recommended. If placed in the dishwasher, use low heat and a non-acidic detergent. We suggest you oil the board one time before using with food-grade mineral oil, brush on a thick coat of oil, let it sit overnight, and then wipe away thoroughly.
