Refund Policy

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your Beretta Gallery purchase.  If you are not, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice/receipt for online orders, or purchase information from your printed store receipt, within 30 days of order shipment date (excluding firearms, personalized products, custom made products, altered or made to measure products).

To make a return through post, please raise a return request by reaching out to the customer service team at "+1 212 319-3235" or "info@berettagalleryusa.com".

Orders placed using PayPal are only eligible for returns via UPS and cannot be processed in stores.

For Orders over $500 please reach out to the customer service team at "+1 212 319-3235" or "info@berettagalleryusa.com" to receive a free returns label. 

Please allow up to three weeks for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification on the completion of your return processing. Please include a note stating the reason for your return and/or the type of service you are looking for along with a daytime phone number or e-mail address where you can be reached if necessary. Please, note that this type of return does not require a pre-authorization or RMA number.

Please note that returns are accepted only in New York and Dallas (currently Memphis does not accept any returns).

Defective Merchandise 
With an original receipt, any defective items may be returned or exchanged according to our Return Policy. 

Exchanges
Items purchased online, that are returned by mail for exchange can be credited/charged to the original form of payment and a new order will then be placed for any replacement item(s). The availability of replacement items is not guaranteed but provided the replacement item(s) are available, an even exchange, a new charge, or refund will be processed (depending on the swap item(s) price). Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of your exchange. 

Price Adjustments
A one-time price adjustment can be made on merchandise purchased at full price within 10 days of purchase by visiting a store or contacting Customer Service.  Sale merchandise is not eligible for price adjustments.
